Hoop du' jour

     Hoop du' jour has a new hoop! This isn't an ordinary hoop! When you purchase this particular hoop, 20% of the proceeds will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, INC.

   When you donate to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, it goes to providing free mammography services for women, as well as providing programs that increase the awareness of breast cancer through education. With the generous donations from contributers like you, whether it is small or large, the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) provides mammography programs in communities like yours. Hoop du' Jour likes to help any way we can, and donating to causes you believe in is a phenominal way to start helping!

   NOTE:  This only applies during a designated time frame. This year's time frame is May 30, 2008 until November 30, 2008. During this time, when you buy this hoop 20% of the proceeds go to the NBCF. All of the proceeds will be collected until September 30, 2008 and will be submitted to the NBCF by October 5, 2008. We will post (on our website and MySpace) a note that says when we have submitted the check to the NBCF, and how much!

Hoop Du' Jour Founder/Owner has set out on a new project. What is this project, you ask? Operation: Help Save The Honey Bees. Believe it or not, the honey bees are becoming endangered. And that is not a good thing. Even though their stingers hurt, they are a necessity in life.

Hoop Du' Jour is working on the production of a new and very special hoop that will be sold on our website. It's called the "Honey Bee Help Hoop". Its colors will resemble those of a bee and a certain percentage of the proceeds made from selling each hoop will go to the University of California at Davis to further their research in honey bee genetics and saving honey bees. The University of California at Davis has its own "Bee Reproduction Room", that monitors the reproduction of honey bees.

Hoop Du' Jour hopes to help save the honey bees, so that humans and bees can live in harmony. We encourage our fans and customers to try to get involved and donate if you can. We're doing what we can for the bees...What are you gonna do? Get involved today! Help save the Honey Bees :]
